Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions – Repairs 

Michael’s Phones guarantees a 90 day warranty for any repairs that have been conducted in any of our stores. We cover all the parts that we have replaced as discussed and confirmed with our customers. We do not assume any responsibility for any damage that occurs outside of these repairs. Any further physical or liquid damages are not our responsibility.

Terms and conditions – Liquid Damage and Repairs

Our 90 day limited warranty also extends to liquid damages. For water or other liquids, we provide warranty on the specific component that has been quoted for the repair. Any additional damages, or change of mind (eg. Not changing LCD screens/Screen stops working during repair) will not be covered under this warranty. Only the parts as quoted to the customer.

Sale Return and Exchange Policy

For consumers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the products. We do not offer change of mind returns, but items can be exchanged. Some products, used at the time of purchase, are void of these terms.

These terms and conditions do not cover any additional damages that occur after the date of invoice.
